Aromas of plums, dark cherries, vanilla, and toasted oak. Medium bodied showing mouth-filling flavors of fresh berries, hints of oak, vanilla with touches of toasted cedar. A refined wine of elegant texture, balanced acidity, caressing tannins, which displays freshness and elegance.

Psagot Description
The grapes for this multi-varietal multi vineyard elegant red were harvested at night from our quality vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains. The grapes fermented in stainless steel, then aged for 6 months on selected French Oak staves creating a well-balanced, elegant and caressing complexity. The grapes were night harvested at optimum ripeness capturing its rich fruit flavors. Fermentation started in stainless steel tanks and was aged with French oak staves for 6 months.
