Crafted from cool-climate Sonoma County vineyards, this wine has notes of granny smith apple, bright citrus zest, underripe kiwi, fresh honeydew, and a touch of lemongrass. Vineyard sourcing is primarily in Russian River Valley, but there are some warmer sources, such as Dry Creek Valley.
Established in 2003, this label includes multiple varietals produced by the Martin Ray Winery located in Graton in the Russian River Valley. Courtney Benham acquired the historic Martini & Pratt Winery in July 2003, which is now Martin Ray Winery. Angeline is an affordable varietal lineup including: Chardonnay, Pinot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc.
James Suckling: 91 Points
