A delightfully fragrant favorite, the A to Z Wineworks Pinot Gris greets with fruity aromas of honeydew melon, cantaloupe, tangerine, golden apple, ripe pear, and beeswax. On first sip, primary fruit notes of lemon-curd, pineapple heart, fresh-cut pears, quince and star fruit dance across the tongue with hints of spearmint, celery stalk and apple sauce. The texture is smooth, round, and approachable, with mid-palate weight characterized by flavors of grapefruit, honey, chamomile and lemon zest. Supported by both exotic and familiar floral notes, the zesty acidity and gentle fruit sweetness make this an extremely versatile wine.
