A blend of 40% Clairette Rose, 40% Grenache Blanc and 20% Roussanne, the 2023 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc from La Bastide Saint Dominique offers up aromas of lemon oil, blanched almonds and spices. Perfectly balanced with a ripe profile, it's full-bodied and enveloping, with good depth at the core and a long, spicy finish. Matured six months in stainless steel, it derived from vines planted on mixed soils (galets roulés, or pebbles, chalk and sand).

The bright pomelo character and animating freshness enable this full-bodied white Cotes-du-Rhone to easily handle its 14% alcohol. The ample zesty finish is well supported by a gentle touch of tannin.
