Bottled at 12% ABV, this is a light, crisp methode traditionelle Cremant. It is a pale straw in color, and has a linear and precise bouquet of green apple and citrus with an underlying brioche note. Tart orchard fruit on the palate leads to a lively finish with good, mouthwatering acidity.

Made in the same way as Champagne, just not from that region or with as long on lees, Crémant is a reliable buy. This, an intriguing, gently toasty blend of Semillon, Cabernet Franc and Muscadelle, has fresh lime leaf aromas and a vibrant acid line supporting creamy lemon posset flavours.
