The 2018 Odette Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Stags Leap District is full bodied and opaque black in color, revealing bing cherries, raspberries, blueberries, pencil lead shavings, tobacco, dried herbs, and crushed granite. It's tightly knit core, very fine tannins and firm structure lead way to the long and persistent finish. Enjoy over the next 15+ years.

Odette's 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is sumptuous, rich and wonderfully expressive, with bright acids that lend striking energy as well as vibrancy. Creme de cassis, chocolate, new leather, licorice, espresso and lavender fill out the layers effortlessly. A reduction in new oak really lets the personality of this site and the vintage come through. The 2018 is showing beautifully today.
