It shows aromas of spiced cherries, grilled herbs, bay leaves, roasted meat and crushed peppercorns. It’s medium- to full-bodied with finely grained tannins. This blend of 80% Grenache Noir, 10% Syrah, 7% Mourvèdre and 3% Cinsault matured in stainless steel and concrete tanks. It can be drunk any time over the next decade and over.
