Mix of sliced apples, fresh citrus and crushed herbs with orange blossom and crushed stone undertones. Full and steady with lengthy acidity and a chalky, mineral backbone to it. Fresh and crunchy with citrus and floral character. Some phenolics on the finish add structure and a spicy edge to it.

The 2021 Capo Martino is perfumed with a pretty blend of wildflowers, crushed nectarines, grapefruit zests and flinty stone. This bursts upon the palate with a rush of minerality, ginger and sour citrus as liquid florals and savory spices swirl throughout. A salty flourish defines the finale as the 2021 tapers off lightly structured and dramatically long. This is a fantastic vintage of Capo Martino, which is a single-vineyard blend of indigenous varieties.
