Domaine Balland has known a succession of generations since 1650. Until 1975, the main activity of the domain was agricultural breeding and viticulture. Today, the estate is specialized exclusively in viticulture and extends over 22 acres in Bué, on the soil of pebbles and white limestone, Pascal Balland manages his vineyards sustainably.
The grapes are lightly pressed and low-temperature fermentation takes place in temperature controlled tanks to retain the freshness. The wine aged in large oak foudres with lees stirring for more mouthfeel and richness. This wine shows aromas of citrus, stone fruits and minerals. The flavors are bright with tangy lemon/lime, grapefruit and peach. Refreshing and lingering.
