Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C
Shelf Life and Aging Potential: This wine can be enjoyed now, but can also be cellared for 5-10 years to reach its full potential.
Château Balaurin is located in the wine region of Graves, in the south-west of France. The estate has belonged to the Jolivet family for several generations, and they have acquired a solid reputation for their know-how in the production of quality wines. Château Balaurin Vieilles Vignes comes from vines over 30 years old, which bring additional complexity and depth to the wine.
Château Balaurin Vieilles Vignes is produced from a rigorous selection of grapes from old vines. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted to keep only the best. The wine is then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before being aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
