Appearance: Its pale and bright pink colour is adorned with warm glints of gold and its delicate slowly rising bubbles give it a persistent mousse.

A succulent, delicious and precise brut rosé, made of chardonnay, pinot meunier and pinot noir. It has notes of wild currants, peach skin and mild spices. It’s medium-bodied and vivid with fine bubbles and plenty of succulence. Sour cherries and redcurrants on the palate. Fresh acidity and a comforting, fruity character to the delicious finish.

With its ubiquitous pink label, Billecart's NV Brut Rose is one of the most recognizable bottles in all of Champagne. It is so important for wines like this to be good, as they are symbols for the region. This release is especially fine. Cranberry, pink grapefruit and white flowers caress the palate. Deep, pliant and so expressive, the Brut Rose is terrific. There is a touch of angularity, but that is easy to look past for a Champagne that delivers so much pleasure. Dosage is 4.9 grams per liter. The latest release of the NV Brut Rosé is based on the 2015 vintage and was disgorged with 8.5 grams per liter dosage. Bursting with aromas of red berries, freshly baked bread, pomelo and peach, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with racy acids, pretty fruit tones and a youthfully frothy mousse.
