At the storied corner of Great Jones and Broadway, we built Manhattan's first whiskey distillery since prohibition. Great Jones Bourbon is crafted from the finest ingredients: corn, barley, and rye grain, all grown in the rich black dirt of the Empire state, and aged in white American oak barrels. The result is a smooth, well-balanced bourbon, sweet with a touch of spice, the perfect celebration of the greatness and grit of New York City. It's what we like to call a New York classic.

Great Jones Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a light-to-medium-bodied bourbon with notes of creamy vanilla and a peppery finish. Made with corn, malted barley, and rye, and aged a minimum of four years in new charred American oak barrels.
