In order to create this unique bourbon, the finest barrels are selected and tasted from the best aging warehouses. Only those barrels deemed "exceptional" are then bottled individually, one by one. This preserves the distinct character of each barrel.

This Bourbon is packaged in a hefty bottle that looks like the ones seen on the Cognac shelf; the whiskey inside has a brandy-like flavor profile too. The aroma suggests Sherry and dried fruit, while the palate shows bold caramel and maple laced with mocha, clove and cayenne. At nearly 100 proof, it needs a bit of dilution to soften the alcohol edge; that also brings forward the Sherried fruit promised by the aroma.
